Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility:
    • Refunds are issued only if the application is rejected by the related authority or could not be completed due to an internal or technical reason.
  2. Timeline:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of rejection confirmation.
  3. Mode of Refund:
    • Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during submission.
  4. Non-Refundable Cases:
    • If the application is under processing or completed successfully.
    • If the customer provides incorrect information or fails to respond to discrepancy requests.
  5. Refund Communication:
    • Customers will be informed via email, SMS, or WhatsApp about the refund status.
