- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of rejection confirmation.
- Mode of Refund:
- Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during submission.
- Non-Refundable Cases:
- If the application is under processing or completed successfully.
- If the customer provides incorrect information or fails to respond to discrepancy requests.
- Refund Communication:
- Customers will be informed via email, SMS, or WhatsApp about the refund status.
